snow update

so, one of my bosses came down this afternoon with 3 young guys.

we cleared the front steps in 30 minutes or so.
would have taken me alone 4 hours, probably.

needless to say, I was very greatful forthe help. snow was very wet, thus very heavy.
I'm sore as hell as it is, I can't imagine what kind of shape I'd be in if I'd had to do it all by myself.

still, I gotta go in super-early tomorrow too.

Ya know, before my first kid was born I was living in the Bay Area of Ca.-
Probably the best weather in the country
('cept for the earthquakes)

And strange as it sounds,
I really missed the 4 (New England) seasons-
moved back here after the kid was born........

snow sucks. pretty and all, but sucks non the less. at least around here in the midwest were it snows, we dont have to worry about hurricanes where some on lets say some island somewhere has to! [img]tongue.gif[/img]
